2026 Sydney Marathon Lottery-Based Registration Service Fee: 1799 yuan (including registration fee for qualification)
A. Lucky Winner:
If you are lucky and win the lottery, you will not need to pay any fees. The registration fee will be paid by us.
B. Unlucky and Not Selected:
1. Choose to continue participating and purchase our direct entry quota with hotel package. The cost will be deducted by 1800 yuan from the original package. 2. Choose to withdraw and receive a refund: After the lottery result is announced, we will refund the registration fee of 1700 yuan within 3-5 working days. The direct entry quota package and the participation package of the Sydney Marathon will be available after the lottery result is announced. Please stay tuned!
IV. Registration Instructions
1. Cancellation and Modification Policy: A full payment is required for registration. Once the information is submitted, it cannot be changed and no refund will be given. Please pay attention to the number of the seat or package you have purchased. Once the order is submitted, your registration information will be submitted to the organizing committee for entry. The order will incur fees. No matter for any reason you try to cancel, change the participants, or make significant modifications to the registration information or package content, we will do our best to assist, but there is no guarantee of success.
2. After registration, the information will be uniformly submitted to the organizing committee for entry. The competition number will be announced according to the designated method by the organizing committee.
3. Collection Instructions: Original passport, medical certificate, and the registration confirmation email with a QR code must be presented. The collection time and location of the Horse Expo will be updated later.
4. Please receive the confirmation of successful registration and the visa result before booking round-trip air tickets and hotel accommodation according to your itinerary to avoid unnecessary losses.
5. You need to go to the destination yourself to participate in the competition. If you lack experience in going abroad and have difficulties in foreign language communication, it is recommended that you go together with a familiar and experienced companion.
6. There are certain thresholds for obtaining a visa. Please carefully assess the possibility of obtaining a visa. If you fail to participate in the competition due to visa failure or other personal reasons in the end, the registration fee will not be refunded.
