IV. Registration Notes
1. Cancellation and Modification Policy
Full payment is required at the time of registration. Once the registration information has been submitted, it cannot be changed, and all fees are non-refundable. Please carefully confirm the entry or package you are purchasing. After the order is submitted, your registration information will be immediately sent to the organizers’ system for processing, and the order will generate charges accordingly.
For any requests to cancel registration, change participants, or make major modifications to registration details or package contents, we will do our best to assist; however, successful changes cannot be guaranteed under any circumstances.
2. Information Submission and Bib Number Announcement
After successful registration, your information will be submitted to the organizers for processing. Bib numbers will be released according to the official announcement method designated by the race organizers.
3. Race Pack Collection
When collecting your race materials, please bring your original passport and the registration confirmation email. (Important note: confirmation emails for overseas marathons are generally sent 1–2 weeks before the race. Please ensure your registered email address is accurate and valid.) (Race packs cannot be collected on race day.)

4. If the event is affected by force majeure factors such as social unrest, terrorist activities, major infectious disease outbreaks, natural disasters, war, or other situations that may endanger personal safety in the host city or related venues, or if the organizer cancels or reduces the event for any reason, the registration fee will not be refunded.
5. It is recommended to book flights and accommodation only after receiving the official registration confirmation and successfully obtaining a visa, in order to avoid unnecessary financial losses caused by uncertainties.
