III. Registration Instructions
1. Cancellation and modification of policies: A full payment must be made upon registration. Once the registration information is submitted, it cannot be changed, and the paid fees will not be refunded. Please carefully confirm the purchased quota or package. After the order is submitted, your registration information will be immediately submitted to the organizing committee for system entry, and the order will then incur fees. Regardless of the reason, if you attempt to cancel the registration, change the participants, or make significant modifications to the registration information or package content, we will do our best to provide assistance, but we cannot guarantee that it will be successful.
2. Information Entry and Announcement of Competition Numbers: After successful registration, your information will be uniformly submitted to the organizing committee for entry. The competition numbers will be announced in accordance with the specified method by the organizing committee.
3. Instructions for Claiming Items: When claiming the competition items, please make sure to bring the original passport and the registration confirmation email. It is not allowed to have someone else claim on your behalf. (Special reminder: The confirmation letter for overseas marathons is usually sent to you via email 1-2 weeks before the event. Please ensure that the reserved email address is accurate and valid.) (Note: The competition items cannot be claimed on the day of the event.)

4. If the event is affected by force majeure factors, resulting in social unrest, terrorist activities, major infectious diseases, natural disasters or other situations that may endanger personal safety in the cities or scenic spots involved in the event, or if the event is cancelled or the event scale is reduced due to the reasons of the event organizer, the registration fee will not be refunded.
5. Visa Reminder: Obtaining a visa for overseas events has certain requirements. If you have never visited European or American countries and your passport does not have a history of visas issued by such countries, please carefully assess the possibility of obtaining a visa. If, due to personal reasons such as visa failure, you are unable to attend the event in the end, the registration fee will not be refunded.
6. Travel Reservation Suggestions: After receiving the confirmation letter for successful registration and obtaining the visa, you can then make reservations for round-trip flights and hotel accommodations according to your own travel plans. This will help avoid unnecessary financial losses due to uncertainties.
7. Competition Reminder: This competition is held overseas. You will need to travel to the competition location by yourself. If you lack experience in traveling abroad and have difficulties in communicating in a foreign language, it is recommended that you go with a partner who is familiar with overseas affairs and has relevant experience. This will enable you to receive necessary assistance and support.
